We ship across the United States and Europe. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. US orders typically arrive in 6-10 business days and European orders in about 7-12 business days, with free standard shipping (some remote areas may take a little longer).

Yes. Add as many tools as you like and they check out together. Items from different categories can ship separately, so don't worry if one arrives before another.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted once an item has been used.

Our tools carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails in normal use within that year, get in touch and we'll sort out a replacement.
