Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll
receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking
information where available.

Shipping time

We currently ship within the United States only. Standard delivery
typically takes 6-10 business days after processing, depending on your
location. Some areas (e.g. Alaska, Hawaii, and other remote regions)
may take longer, up to 17-22 business days. These are estimates, not
guarantees — actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays or
circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so
you can follow your package's progress.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 22 business days of your order
date, contact us at Cleanister@proton.me with your order number and
we'll look into it with the carrier.

Incorrect shipping address

Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we are not
responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the
customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact
us right away at Cleanister@proton.me and we'll do our best to correct
it before the order ships.
